Peppers with cream and cheese, this is our recipe for preparing this dish, for true gourmets.

  • 10 pieces of paprika (babura)
  • 205 g of sheep's cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • so
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • allspice (to taste)
  • olive oil (to taste)
  1. Wash the pepper and carefully remove the stem and seeds. Sprinkle a little salt on the inside of the pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Mash the cheese well with a fork and add to the egg mixture. Add cream. Finely chop the parsley and add to the mass. Leave some cream for later.
  3. Fill the cleaned peppers with a mass of eggs, cheese and cream.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in a greased baking dish. Pour a little olive oil over them and leave pieces of cream on top. To taste, you can add a little allspice.
  5. Heat the oven to 170 C and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
  6. Serve the peppers warm, garnished with fresh parsley leaves, with some seasonal salad.
