Peppers in cream.
- 5 pieces of red roasted peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 400 g of cream
- 3 sprigs of a person (2-3 sprigs)
- 1 tablespoon of spice mix
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (ground, to taste)
- Cut the roasted pepper into strips, add salt and pepper and add the spice mixture. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan on the stove and when it is hot, add the garlic that you previously chopped into small pieces. Fry for a short time, add paprika and fry it as well.
- Remove from the heat, pour in the cream and parsley and mix everything. Serve in bowls and serve hot or cold as desired.
