Tomato soup is a popular hot appetizer - soup. If desired, various additives can be added to this soup: flecks of dried dough, rice, semolina dumplings, various types of pasta.
- 3 pieces of tomato (fresh)
- 1 piece of red onion
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 2 pieces of sweet pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of allspice
- 0,5 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 l of water
- Wash fresh tomatoes, clean them, cut them into slices and put them in a pot with a little water to boil. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Chop the red onion, add a pinch of parsley and pepper cut into small rings. After 5 minutes, pour 1-1,5 liters of water and let it cook.
- When the tomatoes are cooked, strain the liquid through a strainer and let the rest of the liquid boil for about 5 minutes.
- Add 1 pinch of allspice, salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
- If desired, add flecks of dried dough, various types of pasta, etc. Let it boil for about 3 more minutes, and remove from the heat source. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
