Chicken Salad Stuffed Tomatoes - Chicken salad, any way it is, is probably one of your favorite recipes.
- 450 g of chicken white meat (cooked, cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup Mediterranean celery (chopped)
- 4 spring onions (chopped)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0,5 teaspoons of salt
- 0,5 cup almonds (sliced)
- 10 tomatoes (8-10 pieces, medium, pitted)
- Cook the chicken. Leave to cool.
- Shred the chicken meat.
- Mix together the chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt and almonds. Fill the hollowed-out tomatoes with this filling and leave to cool.
- Serve cold.
