Paratha Indian bread - paratha is prepared for breakfast on a chronic diet.

  • 200 g of spelled flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 150 ml of lukewarm water
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  1. Today I was in the mood to prepare parathas myself. I denied myself the strong spices that are necessary for this dish, but I wanted to show you in the simplest way how to make it easily and quickly.
  2. Knead the dough exactly as you would for a pie. Let it rest for 30 minutes, then roll out the dough not very thin.
  3. Roll it up like an empty pie and cut into ~80g weight. Use this dough to make small patties, then use a rolling pin to roll them into a circle with a diameter of 15 cm.
  4. Fry on low heat in a Teflon pan without oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. They are delicious and soft and roll like mozzarella cheese. Make them, you will like them a lot.
You can also use other flour, but it is best if it is softer.
