Pasta with broccoli and bell peppers - broccoli and bell pepper are a perfect match... the addition of sour cream... seasoning as desired and the pasta is ready...
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of broccoli (medium-sized head)
- 2 pieces of bell pepper (yellow and orange)
- 1 glass of sour cream
- 300 gr of pasta of your choice
- so
- beaver
- dry herbal spice
- parsley
- landing
- Fry finely chopped onion in a little oil, add diced pepper.
- After 15 min. add broccoli flowers and a little water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add spices, sour cream and finely chopped garlic.
- Mix with pasta cooked "al dente"... sprinkle with parsley...
- Serve warm.
