What to do when you have too few beans to cook - beans? Bean soup is the right solution, a lean and tasty appetizer.
- 150 g of beans
- 2 red onion heads
- 2 pieces of carrot
- 3 cloves of garlic

- toasted bread (cut into cubes)
- Clean and cut the carrots. Chop the onion.
- Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it. Fry the onion until translucent, then add the carrots and beans. Pour water and cook at medium temperature for at least 2 hours, until the beans are cooked. When the beans are cooked, you can add a little more water, according to taste, and cook for a few more minutes.
- Season the finished broth with salt and pepper and add finely chopped garlic. Serve with cubes of toasted bread. Pleasant!
