Bean risotto - rice and beans combined.

  • 100 g of rice
  • 300 g of boiled beans
  • 50 g of onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 piece hot pepper (small)
  • 1 piece sweet pepper (medium size)
  • Kim

  • parsley leaf
  • marinated pepper
  1. Wash the rice, pour three times the amount of water, add a little salt, turmeric to taste (but not too much, 1/2 teaspoon is enough) and cook it until it becomes soft.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry it in hot oil. When it is almost ready, add finely chopped hot and sweet pepper as well as cumin. Fry for a short while, stirring constantly, at a high temperature.
  3. Add the beans and mix.
