Baked fish "Zubatac" - Ljiljana Stanković

Baked toothfish Ljiljana Stankovic recipes and cookbook online

  • 2 toothfish
  • olive oil 200 gr
  • white wine 1dl
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • so
  • spices
  • a little white and corn flour
  1. Clean the fish well, wash and drain. While the fish is draining, make the marinade. Mix oil and wine in a deep bowl. Add finely chopped garlic and parsley. Drained fish should be well salted and seasoned to taste and left to stand in the marinade for about an hour. Turn occasionally so that the fish absorbs the marinade well.
  2. Before baking, roll the fish in flour. Grease a baking tray with oil and heat well in the oven. Place the prepared fish in the preheated oven, cover it with the rest of the marinade and bake for an hour at 200°C. Any fish can be baked in this way.
