Baked hake in white wine - Slađana Šćekić
- 1 kg hake (4 smaller fish)
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 2 teaspoons of spices
- 1 dl of white wine
- 1 dl of water
- some pepper
- a little dill
- 3 cloves of garlic (grated)
- 1 lemon
- 50 g of ginger
- Wash the fish well, and mix the given ingredients well and put them together.
- Then we prepare a baking tray, which we grease with oil and arrange lemon rings and sliced ginger (if we don't have ginger, just lemon can be used).
- Coat the fish with the mixed ingredients and arrange in a baking tray. The fish should rest on the lemon and ginger rings. We pour water and white wine, then the tray.
- Cover with foil and bake the fish for 1 hour, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes so that the fish gets a nice color.
- Serve boiled rice with potato salad with the fish...
