Mushrooms, coconut truffles - requires a little more time to prepare, but is an interesting delicacy for all gatherings.

  • 1,5 cups cashews
  • 12 pieces of dates
  • 3 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of truffles
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 bag of marshmallows (marshmallows)
  1. Soak the dates in water overnight or boil them in water until they swell before cooking.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender (except the marshmallow) and blend until you get an even mass.
  3. Remove the mass with a spatula and put it in a bowl.
  4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to let the mass rest for at least an hour.
  5. After an hour, take the mixture out of the fridge and use a spoon or a smaller version of an ice cream scoop to make even balls. You can also shape them by hand.
  6. With your hands, shape them through the palms into balls of the correct shape or at least as close as possible.
  7. Roll balls in coconut (this is an extra measure, not noted in ingredients).
  8. Take a marshmallow and cut it in half lengthwise to make mushroom stems.
  9. Insert a stem into each ball to give it a mushroom shape. You can hollow out the space with the other side of the spoon and place the marshmallow at the bottom of the ball.
  10. Place in the refrigerator until they harden. You can also freeze them before adding the stems and just serve them as balls.
In addition to coconut, you can additionally roll them in chopped almonds, cashews and the like.
