Bakery muffins.
Bakery buns, ingredients:
- 1 yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 0,5 l of lukewarm milk,
- 0,5 dl of oil,
- 1 dl of water,
- 2-3 teaspoons of salt and
- 1 kg of flour.
To coat the buns:
- 2 dl of milk i
- 2 dl of oil.
Bakery buns, preparation:
- Place lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast in a large bowl.
- When the yeast rises, add flour, salt, water and oil and knead the dough. Leave the dough to rise.
- When the dough rises, take it out of the bowl and divide it into 6 parts and make balls. Separate the balls with a rolling pin and divide into 4 or 8 parts and fold each part into a bun from the wider side towards the triangle.
- Arrange the muffins on a greased and floured pan or on parchment paper.
- Coat the muffins first with milk and then with oil and leave them to double in size.
- Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, until they are well browned.
- When the baked buns are taken out of the oven, they are coated again with milk and then with oil.
I divide the balls into 4 parts because then they are real bakery buns. This measure makes two large muffin pans.
Preparation time is about two hours.
Muffins are enough for 6 people.
