Apricot jam.
Apricot jam, ingredients:
- 3 kg apricots (peeled)
- 1 kg of sugar
Apricot jam, preparation:
- Well-ripe, soft apricots should be washed, cleaned, weighed and cut into pieces.
- Arrange a row of apricots and a row of sugar in a deep pan.
- Cover and let it rest for several hours in the refrigerator.
- Then cook at a moderate temperature with occasional stirring. Remove foam. Take out some jam on a tray, cool and check the density.
- Put the washed and dry jars in the oven, turn it on at 100 C, after half an hour take the jars out and leave them to cool for a few minutes.
- Pour the warm jam into warm jars, return to the warm (switched off) oven for another 20 minutes.
- Take out, tightly close the jars, wrap them in a towel and leave them to cool completely. Enjoy the taste!
