Tomato jam.

Tomato jam, ingredients:

  • 12 kg of home-grown tomatoes
  • 3 kg of sugar
  • 1 kg of chives
  • 10 bag of vanilla sugar

Tomato jam, preparation:

  • Grind the tomatoes on a machine that separates the skin and seeds. Pour the mixture into a large saucepan and cook at a moderate temperature for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally. Halfway through cooking (when the water evaporates), add sugar and chives. Continue cooking with frequent stirring.
  • The jam is ready when it leaves a mark. Remove from heat and add vanilla sugar.
  • Pour the hot jam into clean, hot jars.

It is delicious and unique!
