Recipe for pretzels.

Pretzels, ingredients:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 6 spoons of sour cream
  • 250 g of lukewarm water
  • 100 ml of oil

Ingredients for salty dressing:

  • 4 large spoons of flour
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 100 ml of water

Pretzels, preparation:

  • Mix half of the flour with a teaspoon of salt, then add a teaspoon of sugar, add yeast, a spoonful of sour cream, oil, water, and with the addition of the remaining flour, knead the dough.
  • Knead a smooth dough from the above ingredients and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Then knead the dough and divide it into 6 parts, roll out each part and twist it into a roll and roll it up like a pretzel. Place in a hot oven at 220 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover with salty dressing.
  • Salty dressing: mix flour, a spoonful of salt and 100ml of water, then put it all in a bag. Take the half-baked pretzels out of the oven and cover them with salt, then return to the oven for 7-8 minutes.
  • Coat the baked pretzels with a mixture of oil and water.
