Persimmon and pear - persimmon or Japanese apple is commonly found in winter and is full of vitamin C for your babies. It is introduced to babies between 8-10 months of age.

  • 1 persimmon (diced)
  • 0,25 piece of pear (diced)
  1. Although persimmons do not need to be peeled for adults and can be eaten like an apple, we still advise you to peel them just like everything else for babies.
    If the fruit is hard, you can steam it for about 5 minutes to soften it, but if it is ripe, there is no need.
    Also if it's too gooey, throw it away.

    Peel and chop the pear and persimmon into pieces.

  2. Put in a blender and blend until you get a slurry.
  3. Serve the baby. They will enjoy the richness of vitamins and taste.
