  • 500 g of flour
  • 2 dl of milk
  • 1 dl oil
  • so
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon semolina
  • 1/2 cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 250 g salami
  • 200 g of cheese
  • 150 ml of kecap
  • 1 egg
  • Sesame
  • Origan
  1. Combine yeast, 1 dl of milk, sugar and a pinch of flour, then mix and leave to rise.
  2. In a bowl, combine half of the flour, yeast, oil, vinegar, 1 dl of milk, semolina and a little salt to taste and mix. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead until a smooth dough is obtained. Leave it on.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts. Thin each half with a rolling pin and form a circle according to the diameter of the pan. Place a medium-sized ceramic salt in the middle. Spread the dough over the salt. Spread the dough with kepka, spread half of the salami, mushrooms, kackavalje on it and sprinkle with oregano. Then cut the upper part of the dough that covers the salt crosswise to make it bloom, then fold the ends over the filling and remove the salt. Brush the folded ends of the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Form another pizza from the remaining material. Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
