Spicy cheese cubes - Dragana Skular
Spicy cheese cubes - a completely different taste of cheese with spices...
- 200 gr. cheese
- 1 egg
- some flour
- 1 clove of garlic
- a blend of Italian spices
- so
- breadcrumbs
- landing
- Cut the cheese into cubes, mix a spoonful of oil with spices and finely chopped garlic, add salt.
- Roll each cube of cheese in this mixture of oil and spices.
- Roll in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
- Bake in deep oil, well heated.
- Be sure to be quick when baking these cubes as the cheese melts quickly…
- Serve in pasta with tomato sauce or with anything of your choice.
