Spicy stew - Ljiljana Stanković

- 300 years mixed minced meat
- 2 peppers (can also be pickled)
- 1 hot pepper

- 250 g. macaroni
- 0,5 l of boiled tomatoes
- 1 l. water
- Finely chop the onion. Fry onion and pepper in heated oil in a deep pan, then add minced meat. Stew until the meat is soft. Add spices and uncooked macaroni. Pour with 5 cooked tomatoes and 1 liter of water and put in a heated oven and simmer until the macaroni is cooked and the dish is browned, (at 200c. for about an hour.)
