Pilaf with pork.
- 1 kg of pork (boneless, boneless, from the neck)
- 2 pieces of onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cups of rice
- 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 connection person
- 1 tablespoon of spice mix
- 0,5 dcl of oil
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (ground, to taste)
- Finely chop the onion heads and fry them in hot oil in a pan.
- Cut the meat into cubes, finely chop the garlic, and when the onion softens, add the meat and garlic to the pan.
- When the meat turns white, salt it, pepper it, season it with a mixture of spices, add finely chopped parsley and rice and mix it with a pressure cooker.
- Transfer the contents of the pan to the baking dish.
- Pour in 3 cups of water and stir. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
