Pilaf with veal.

Pilaf with veal, ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 200 g of rice
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • half a teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of dry herb seasoning
  • 600 g of veal

Pilaf with veal, preparation:

  • Put carrots and meat in a pot.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Fry finely chopped onion, boiled chopped carrot and washed rice in a little oil.
  • Sauté and pour 3 ladlefuls of the liquid in which the veal and carrots were cooked.
  • Put the meat together, add pepper and season to taste, then bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Pleasant!
