Pilaf - a delicious dish with chicken.

  • 300 g chicken breast (with bone)
  • 2 pieces of carrot (root)
  • 1 pieces of onion
  • 300 grams of rice
  • so

  1. Separate the chicken breast from the bone
  2. Put the bone in 1 liter of water and let it boil.
  3. Season the soup to taste
  4. Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
  5. Cut the onion into small cubes and the turnip into rings.
  6. Pour the oil, onion and fry until the onion turns golden brown.
  7. Then add the turnip and chicken.
  8. Pour in some soup and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  9. If necessary, add a little more salt.
  10. Then add the rice, mix everything well and add a little more soup.
  11. Stew everything together for another 15 minutes.
  12. Then put everything in a refractory pan, pour a little more soup and put it in a heated oven to bake the pilaf. About 10 minutes at a time until the excess liquid evaporates.
