Chicken soup with broccoli - on these cold and gloomy days, a plate of hot soup is nice. Sometimes that alone is enough for me for the main meal, because there is also meat in it.
This is one of those soups that is rich in vegetables, I love broccoli and I often prepare it, and there is also meat to make the meal complete.

Chicken broth with broccoli - on these cold and gloomy days, a plate of warm broth pleases. Sometimes that alone is enough for me for the main meal, because there is also meat in it.
- 300 g of chicken white meat
- 1 piece of onion (finely chopped)
- 1 piece of carrot (larger)
- 60 g celery
- oil (a little)
- 1 piece of broccoli (small head)
- 200 ml sour cream for cooking
- 2 tablespoons flour
- mixed herbs (to taste)
- water (if needed)
- Cut the chicken white meat into cubes.
Clean and dice the carrot, celery and onion. - Separate the broccoli florets from the roots and outer leaves and tear into smaller pieces.
- Fry the onion in a little oil, then add the chicken, carrot and celery and fry everything together for a short time. Continue stewing, adding water as needed, until the vegetables are soft.
- Add 1,5 l of water and season to taste. When the broth boils, add the broccoli and continue cooking until all the ingredients are soft. Towards the end, add the cold spray (stir the flour in a little water) and the cooking cream and cook for another 5 minutes to get the desired thickness.
