Chicken stew - chicken stew as an indispensable part of your chrono kitchen.
- 4 pieces of carabatak (per piece)
- 3 leeks (diced)
- 3 pieces of kohlrabi (peeled and chopped)
- 750 ml tomatoes (peeled and diced)
- 10 ml of oil
- 0,5 teaspoons of salt
- 500 ml of water
- 0,25 teaspoons of pepper (ground)
- 1 teaspoon chives (chopped)
- I believe that it happens to most of you that you come up with one dish, but during the preparation of that dish, a change occurs and you end up with a completely different dish. Today it was with my lunch.
- I had a lovely 3 large leeks and a pack of 4 carabataks. I thought it would be great to saute the meat in leeks and make a salad, that's a great lunch.
- While the leeks were stewing, I remembered that I had 3 beautiful medium-sized kohlrabi, so I thought, why not make a stew. While the leeks, kohlrabi and meat were stewing, I decided not only to add water, but also chopped tomatoes, and that's how I ended up with a wonderful chicken corbica.
- I didn't want to add any spices, except salt and pepper, because I wanted the taste of the vegetables to remain. We all really liked the corba and it will surely be repeated soon, if even then there are no sudden changes in the composition on the spot.
