Chicken liver with apples - a delicious dish... a must try...
- 400 g of chicken liver (you can usually buy chicken liver with hearts)
- 1 piece of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of apple
- 1 piece of paprika

- Separate the hearts from the liver, then soak the liver in milk to extract the bitterness.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil.
- Add chopped chicken hearts.
- Then apple and pepper cubes.
- Pour a little water and simmer for about half an hour.
- At the end, turn up the heat and add the liver that you strained from the milk.
- Fry for a few minutes, then add spices and finely chopped garlic and parsley.
