Chicken liver in spicy sauce - chicken liver in a slightly different way. Soft, juicy and tasty.

  • 500 g of chicken liver
  • 40 g butter
  • 150 g of onion (finely chopped)
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 spoon of sour milk
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • salt (to taste)
  • thyme (to taste)
  1. Add butter to a deep frying pan, heat it slightly and add finely chopped onion. Sauté at a moderate temperature until the onion becomes fragrant and glassy.
  2. Add the quartered chicken liver and quickly fry it on all sides.
    Then add the flour, wine, thyme and let everything mix well. Stir, add a little water to make the sauce thick.
  3. At the very end, add salt to taste and stir in sour milk. Mix and serve with boiled potatoes or rice, and you can also serve with boiled vegetables such as broccoli or cauliflower.
This dish is quick to prepare, after 30 minutes you will have lunch on the table.
