Chicken liver in juice - juicy and spicy liver will conquer your taste buds. Try it.
- 1 kg of chicken liver
- 3 pieces of onion
- 500 ml pureed tomatoes
- 2 spoons of oil
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 spoon of herbs
- 1 piece of hot pepper
- Add the chicken liver to the hot oil to brown on all sides.
- Cut the onion into ribs.
- When the liver acquires a nice reddish color, add coarsely chopped onions.
- Let the onion soften a little, then add the pureed tomatoes.
- Reduce the temperature and let it slowly crunch at a moderate temperature for about 20 minutes.
- If desired, add hot pepper.
- Salt to taste, add pepper and herbs.
- Enjoy the taste.
- Pleasant.
This dish is quick to prepare, very tasty, juicy and spicy. An economical lunch, and a healthy one at that, so enjoy. Without adding water, it crunches in its own juice with the addition of vegetables. Excellent, finger licking…
