Chicken liver in juice - juicy and spicy liver will conquer your taste buds. Try it.

  • 1 kg of chicken liver
  • 3 pieces of onion
  • 500 ml pureed tomatoes
  • 2 spoons of oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1 spoon of herbs
  • 1 piece of hot pepper
  1. Add the chicken liver to the hot oil to brown on all sides.
  2. Cut the onion into ribs.
  3. When the liver acquires a nice reddish color, add coarsely chopped onions.
  4. Let the onion soften a little, then add the pureed tomatoes.
  5. Reduce the temperature and let it slowly crunch at a moderate temperature for about 20 minutes.
  6. If desired, add hot pepper.
  7. Salt to taste, add pepper and herbs.
  8. Enjoy the taste.
  9. Pleasant.
