Chicken pate.

Chicken pate, required ingredients:

  • 1 chicken white meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of dry spice
  • 125 g butter
  • black or white pepper, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon

Chicken pate, preparation:

  • Wash the white meat, cut it into cubes, put it in a pot, add the cleaned and chopped onion.
  • Add 750 ml of cold water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • Place on the stove and simmer for 40 minutes.
  • Remove the meat from the water in which it was cooked, let it cool, then put it in a chopper.
  • Add white pepper to taste and cayenne pepper, then add freshly squeezed lemon juice and butter. Blend everything together. If you like, you can also add the onion that was cooked with the meat. I didn't put the onion.
  • Combine everything well.
  • Place in a bowl, cool and enjoy the wonderful taste of homemade chicken pate.
  • Pleasant.
