Chicken - leek soup - a nice soup for the upcoming cold days.
- 30 grams of leek (cut into rings)
- 350 grams of chicken drumsticks (cooked and chopped into pieces)
- 150 grams of potatoes (cut into cubes)
- 70 grams of carrots (cut into rings)
- 1 teaspoon salt (sea)
- 1 teaspoon of pepper and dry spices (finely ground)
- 1 pinch of hot pepper (crushed red)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon butter cream (extra)
- Cook drumsticks in salted water for about half an hour.
- In a separate pot, sauté the leek in a little oil, then add the carrot and finally the potato. Stew everything together and pour the water in which the drumsticks were cooked. Separate the drumstick meat from the bone, chop it into pieces and put it in a pan with the parsley. add pepper and spices and cover and cook over low heat until the vegetables soften and the chicken is cooked
- Pour the finished broth into a plate, add a spoonful of cream butter and sprinkle with crushed pepper.
- Serve warm... it can also be with bread, so it will be a nice dinner.
