Chicken salad with potatoes and pickles - an interesting combination for a delicious appetizer, or side dish with the main course.
- 2 pieces of chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cooked, chopped)
- 2 eggs (hard-boiled, chopped)
- 3 pieces of potatoes (boiled, chopped)
- 1,25 cups pickles (chopped)
- 0,25 teaspoon of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0,75 cup mayonnaise
Decoration
- 1 piece red pepper (cut into sticks)
- 1 egg (hard-boiled, cut into rings)
- 6 pieces of green olives (pitted)
- Finely chop boiled chicken meat, hard-boiled eggs, boiled potatoes and pickles.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Add sea salt and mayonnaise, mix, then add olive oil.
- Sleep in the box behind the lid. Cool well before serving, at least 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with red pepper cut into sticks, hard-boiled egg, cut into rings and pitted green olives. Pleasant!
