Broccoli Chicken Soup - A plate of warm soup pleases everyone. A combination of broccoli and chicken in a different way.
- 3 pieces of potato
- 200 g broccoli
- 2 pieces of carrot
- 1 tablespoon thick
- 200 g of chicken white meat
- 1 l of water
- so

- dry herbal spice
- Put the chicken meat to cook, add the carrot cut into long pieces, then the potato cut into cubes and add the broccoli towards the end of cooking.
- When the meat is cooked, take it out and chop it into smaller pieces, remove the pot with vegetables from the stove and mix the vegetables directly with a hand mixer.
- Put the chopped meat back in the pan, add salt, add pepper as desired, herbs and chopped parsley, add a little more water to make it approximately 1 liter and let it boil again on a low heat.
- Dissolve a spoonful of thickeners in half a cup of water and pour slowly into the soup, stir and let it boil for a short time.
- Cover the soup and when it cools down a bit, serve.
