  • 1 piece of chicken (optional)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 piece of celery (parsnips and parsley root)
  • a leaf of parsley
  • so
  • peppercorns
  • dry herbal spice
  • dill
  • Bay leaf

  • For the dumplings:
  • 1 egg
  • 5 spoons of semolina
  • 2 tablespoons of oil or fat
  • 1 teaspoon of dry herbal spice
  • a little chopped parsley leaf
  1. Put a piece of chicken meat in a deep pot, pour water, put carrot, celery, parsnip, parsley, onion, bay leaf and season to taste with the listed ingredients. When the meat and vegetables are cooked, chop the carrot and meat, and discard the onion, celery root, parsley and parsnip. Prepare the dumpling mixture from the above ingredients: Beat the egg with oil or fat, add dry herbs, parsley and 3 spoons of semolina, mix well, then add another 2 spoons of semolina. Add a little fide to the soup and on medium heat, so that the soup boils gently, add the dumpling mixture teaspoon by teaspoon. After a few seconds, the dumplings should float to the surface. Cook for another 5 minutes, and then cover the pot and turn off the stove, so that they simmer a little longer. Pleasant!
