Chicken white meat with sesame seeds - another good suggestion for a quick Sunday lunch and answers the question of what's for lunch tomorrow?
- 1 piece of white meat
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 spoon of herbs
- 50 g sesame
- oil for frying
- Cut the white meat into strips, add salt, pepper and herbs.
- Stir several times and dip each piece in sesame seeds on one side and the other and fry in hot oil on all sides until golden brown. An excellent quick lunch with a seasonal salad.
- The meat is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Try it.
