Recipe for chicken breast with sour cream - you can also prepare this recipe with millerama or milk. You can also add some dried meat for flavor (pancetta, bacon, dry beef, etc...)

  • 1 kg chicken breast (fillets)
  • 40 g of butter
  • 200 g of sour cream (milk or cream)
  • so

  • parsley (fresh leaves)
  1. Thin the fillets with a moistened meat mallet. You can cut the fillets into noodles, or cubes, as you wish. Add salt to taste. Add the butter to the heated pan and let it melt.
  2. Put the chicken fillets in the pan and fry on moderate heat, until both sides are golden brown. Then add some sour cream (or milk, or miller, optional). Reduce the temperature, cover, and leave for ten minutes, so that the meat is slowly cooked. As soon as you notice that the cream has evaporated, add a little. The preparation is finished when the chicken is completely soft.
  3. Place the finished chicken fillets on a heated plate. Pick up the remaining cream from the pan and pour it over the fillet.
Season with pepper, to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves. Serve warm.
