Chicken stew - Snezana Nikolić
- 2 medium onions
- landing
- 500 g of chicken fillet
- a box of spices
- 1/2 l of pureed tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- spice
- chillies and basil
- salt rice
- Chop the onion and fry in oil. Add fillet cut into cubes, chopped pepper, spices and water to soak. Cook on moderate heat. Add tomatoes.
- Cook the rice with a spoonful of spices to give it a golden color.
- Oil a small zinnia, put the rice and turn it to get a nice decoration.
