Chicken potato stew - Javorka Filipović
- 2 drumsticks with karabatka
- 0,5 dl oil
- 1 head of red onion
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 parsley root
- 1 parsnip root
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 spoons of tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon of flour as desired
- spices
- beaver
- ground paprika as needed
- water
- a little parsley leaf
- Saute onion in oil and add meat.
- chopped turnips, parsley and parsnips
- and stew with a little water.
- Stew until the meat is tender, approx
- 60 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes into larger cubes and
- add to the dish. Sauté everything together
- about 15 minutes. Season as desired, sprinkle
- a bowl of flour and add tomato puree.
- Add water as needed, but so that the dish can be eaten with a spoon.
- If you want it to be a stew, add less water and at the end of cooking, lift the lid so that the water evaporates and the dish has the desired thickness.
