Chicken stew - a great lunch.

  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 carrot roots (cut into leaves)
  • 4 pieces of chicken drumstick
  • 200 g of hunting sausage
  • spices (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons of ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of fat
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 5 spoons of flour
  1. Chop the onion and sorghum.
    Put the fat in a suitable size spoon.
    When the fat melts, add onion and sorghum.
    Fry for a while until the onion changes color.
    Then add the chicken meat.
    Set the temperature to medium and simmer while occasionally adding water.
  2. Season to taste with pepper, salt and dry spices.
    Stew for about 30 minutes. Then add chopped sausage
    Add one teaspoon of flour and spicy ground pepper.
    Then pour water, add chopped potatoes.
    If necessary, season it a little more.
    For dumplings, beat egg and flour.
    When the paprika starts to boil, lower the dumplings with a ladle.
    Let it cook for another 30 minutes.
