Chicken and sugar with an apple - this porridge is a little heavier, so if your baby gets bloated with sugar, you can make everything the same with a smaller amount or even without.
- 50 g chicken fillet
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- 1 handful of sweet corn
- 1 handful of peas
- 1 handful of baby carrots
- 1 apple (cut into slices)
- ginger
- Put the chicken, peas, sugar beets and baby carrots with a little ginger (preferably fresh) in the water to cook.
- Peel the zucchini and cut it into cubes. After 7 minutes, add the zucchini to cook with everything.
- Peel the apple and cut it into slices and add it after 3 minutes.
- Cook everything in total for about 15 minutes from the start of cooking or until everything is soft and the chicken is cooked (depending on the thickness of the pieces you used).
- Strain and put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Cool and serve to baby.
