Chicken with avocado - a rich lunch for your babies.
- 0,5 piece of avocado
- 50 g of chicken fillet
- 1 piece of zucchini
- 0,25 piece of red potato
- 1 handful of white quinoa
- Peel the potatoes and zucchini and cut them into cubes.
- Put a handful of white quinoa grains, red potatoes and white meat in the water and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook for another 8 minutes. - Peel half of the avocado and cut into cubes.
- When everything is cooked, strain it and add it to the blender together with the avocado.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste. If necessary, add a little boiled water to dilute the porridge.
- Cool and offer to baby.
