Chicken with quinoa and peas - another interesting and tasty combination for baby porridge.
- 50 g of chicken fillet (in a piece)
- 1 handful of peas
- 1 handful of quinoa grains
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- 1 handful of pasta (flakes)
- nana
- parsley
- Put the chicken in the water to cook. Then, when it boils, add the quinoa and peas. Cook for about 7 minutes.
- Peel the zucchini and cut it into cubes. Put in the water with the meat and quinoa. Then add spices, flecks and zucchini.
- Cook for about 8 more minutes or until the meat and peas are tender and the quinoa has puffed up.
- Strain and put in a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Cool and give to baby. Be sure to check the temperature before offering to baby.
