Chicken with tomato sauce - Sandra Marković
- For breading:
- 4 medium chicken white meat steaks
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl oil
- dry herbal spice
- 6 tablespoon flour
- 6 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- so
- ground pepper
- dill
- For the tomato sauce:
- 200 ml of pureed tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 clove of garlic
- parsley
- Season the white meat with a mixture of the mentioned spices, roll it in flour, then in well-beaten eggs, then in a mixture of breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Fry until the steaks get a nice golden-yellow color.
- Sauce: Heat the oil nicely, add the flour, stir for a while, until it starts to turn yellow, add the pureed tomatoes and finely chopped garlic. Stir constantly and let it boil for 2 minutes, on low heat. Add parsley and pour over the steaks. Serve warm. Pleasant!
