Chicken with leeks - Ivana Pešić
- 400 g of leeks
- 400 g of mushrooms
- 500 g of chicken white meat
- 200 ml sour cream
- dry herbal spice
- beaver
- Fry leeks, add mushrooms, dry herbs and pepper. Separately fry the white meat and mix it with leeks and mushrooms, add sour cream and when it gets the required thickness, remove it from the stove. Serve with mashed potatoes!
