Chicken with pasta - delicious and juicy chicken - a perfect lunch.
- 4 drumsticks with drumsticks

- Bone the chicken meat, roll it in flour on both sides and fry it in hot oil on both sides. When it gets a nice brown color, remove it from the pan and add the onion cut into ribs. stew. Return the meat, add peeled and sliced tomatoes and let them sizzle in their own juice. Add spices as desired. Add tarana. Cook everything together for another 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add chopped parsley.
- Serve with a glass of red wine.
