Chicken with zucchini - a very tasty, quick and light summer lunch, which fits into the principles of chrono nutrition.
- 150 g of white meat
- 1 head of red onion
- 1 piece of zucchini
- so

- dill
- 1 piece of hot pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (from pomace)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
- Cut the onion into ribs and put it in a pan on heated oil from pomace, add a little salt and stir until it becomes glassy and yellow. Add the white meat cut into larger cubes, then add all the spices.
- Towards the end, add diced zucchini. I like it when everything stays whole and crispy. All in all, it takes about ten to fifteen minutes.
- Serve on a plate and pour over a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Although white meat is recommended for dinner, it is not a mistake to eat it for lunch, especially in summer when it is very hot.
