Chicken Stroganoff with celery - an unusual taste that will win you over.

  • 500 g of chicken meat
  • 2 celery roots
  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 2 young zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 3 price of garlic
  • 100 ml sour cream for cooking
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of herbs
  • little black pepper
  • little white pepper
  • spice
  1. Clean the celery and cut it into desired pieces.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Cut the onion into ribs.
  4. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  5. Wash the zucchini, you don't have to peel them when they are young. They give an unusual look and taste to the dish.
  6. Fry the onion in oil until it has a glassy appearance.
  7. Add finely chopped garlic.
  8. Add the chopped meat and pour a little water to simmer.
  9. Add celery, cut into desired pieces.
  10. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  11. Add chopped mushrooms.
  12. At the end, add zucchini.
  13. When you add the zucchini, gently shake the jar so that the zucchini parts don't fall apart - it's important for decoration.
  14. Put the spices and add the cooking cream.
  15. Simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat and enjoy the taste.
  16. If desired, you can add chopped parsley.
