Chicken Stroganoff with celery - an unusual taste that will win you over.
- 500 g of chicken meat
- 2 celery roots
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 2 young zucchini
- 2 onions
- 3 price of garlic
- 100 ml sour cream for cooking
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of herbs
- little black pepper
- little white pepper
- spice
- Clean the celery and cut it into desired pieces.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
- Cut the onion into ribs.
- Cut the chicken into cubes.
- Wash the zucchini, you don't have to peel them when they are young. They give an unusual look and taste to the dish.
- Fry the onion in oil until it has a glassy appearance.
- Add finely chopped garlic.
- Add the chopped meat and pour a little water to simmer.
- Add celery, cut into desired pieces.
- Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Add chopped mushrooms.
- At the end, add zucchini.
- When you add the zucchini, gently shake the jar so that the zucchini parts don't fall apart - it's important for decoration.
- Put the spices and add the cooking cream.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat and enjoy the taste.
- If desired, you can add chopped parsley.
