Chicken in ajmokac sauce.
- 2 pieces of chicken drumsticks
- 2 pieces of chicken drumsticks
- 150 g of meaty smoked bacon (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 dl of vegetable soup
- 2 dl sour cream
- 200 g of cheese
- oil (if needed)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (ground, to taste)
- Bone the chicken meat, pound it with a meat mallet and then briefly fry it in hot oil on both sides until it is lightly browned. Take it out on a plate.
- Fry finely chopped bacon in the same fat.
- When it turns brown, sprinkle it with flour and gradually add the vegetable soup and stir continuously until you get a thick sauce.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
- Arrange the roasted meat on the bottom of the ovenproof dish, pour the cream sauce over it.
- Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Toward the end of baking, take out the grated cheese and put it back in the oven to melt the cheese.
