Chicken in ajmokac sauce.

  • 2 pieces of chicken drumsticks
  • 2 pieces of chicken drumsticks
  • 150 g of meaty smoked bacon (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 dl of vegetable soup
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 200 g of cheese
  • oil (if needed)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (ground, to taste)
  1. Bone the chicken meat, pound it with a meat mallet and then briefly fry it in hot oil on both sides until it is lightly browned. Take it out on a plate.

  2. Fry finely chopped bacon in the same fat.

  3. When it turns brown, sprinkle it with flour and gradually add the vegetable soup and stir continuously until you get a thick sauce.

  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.

  5. Arrange the roasted meat on the bottom of the ovenproof dish, pour the cream sauce over it.

  6. Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

  7. Toward the end of baking, take out the grated cheese and put it back in the oven to melt the cheese.
