Chicken in gorgonzola sauce - a great recipe for everyone who loves chicken and gorgonzola cheese!
- 300 g of chicken fillet
- 50 g Gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)
- 200 ml neutral cream (liquid)
- 50 g butter (piece)
- salt (if needed)
- garlic (as needed)
- mustard (if needed)
- Cut the fillets into three thin steaks, season with salt, pepper and coat with mustard
- Let it stand for one hour in the refrigerator.
- After that time, fry the meat in butter.
- At the same time, melt the gorgonzola in the neutral cream on a medium temperature, stirring often.
- Put some sauce on the plate, put the meat on top, and pour a little more sauce on top. Serve with side dish as desired.
- You can serve with grilled vegetables and French fries
