Chicken in marinade - Ivana Pešić
- 4 chicken schnitzels
- 150 ml of yogurt
- 3 spoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- dry herbal spice
- beaver
- Beat the schnitzel and season it. Prepare a marinade of yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, ground pepper and garlic, then put the snitzels in it and let them rest for 2 hours. Put baking paper in the tray and arrange the schnitzels. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with mashed potatoes.
